Price differences, if any, must be paid by the learner.

4. Duplicate Payments

If your account is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment gateway or banking error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

If payment is deducted but the course is not activated, please contact our support team. After successful verification, access will be granted or the payment will be refunded, as applicable.

6. Cancellation

Users may cancel future subscription renewals (if applicable) at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period.

7. Promotional Offers

Courses purchased during discounts, promotional campaigns, coupon offers, scholarships, or special pricing remain subject to this Refund Policy unless otherwise mentioned.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from technical errors caused solely by our platform may be considered on a case-by-case basis after investigation. Any decision made by EDULLECT AI PRIVATE LIMITED shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and banking partner.
